COVID-19 Precautions

Please wear a mask while inside the office.
We will ask a few health-related screening questions and take your temperature with a forehead scanner when you enter the office.
To minimize the number of people in the office, only one adult should accompany each patient during their appointment.
Our play area currently does not have many toys, books, or games, as they are hard to disinfect and keep clean.
Our treatment rooms and lobby are frequently disinfected, and we are asking patients to social distance whenever possible.
If you or your child develop any COVID-related symptoms before their appointment, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule.
